Facials

Hey guys,

If you are looking for a quick remedy to not to great skin, try doing in home facials. You really dont have to spend a lot of money at the salon, when you can do it yourself, and get good results. One facial that I enjoy is the oatmeal honey facial.

It is a simple and it works perfectly for people with oily skin.

The ingredients are as follows:
  • 1/3 cup of fast cook oatmeal (1-3 minutes)
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • ½ cup of water

Mix everything together and apply to your skin. Be careful around the eyes.

Another great at home ingredient for the skin is Lemon juice. Lemon juice is actually a fruit acid, AKA Alpha Hydroxy Acid and most importantly it is 100% all natural. It will help exfoliate the skin by reducing the “glue” that causes dead skin cells to stick to the skin.

The Lemon juice facial is more like a rinse then an actual facial. All you need is water and lemon juice. Follow these easy steps to great skin:

  • Mix 1 part water to 5 parts lemon juice, and massage the solution onto your face.
  • Then, rinse your face with cool water.

Now for my extremists, make sure to rinse well, because it can cause skin irritation if left on too long.

These facials are all good, but the best way to great skin is to drink a lot of water.
